If you read the automated welcome message carefully, you will know that we will respond within 24h. And since we have so many products, you need to tell us which one you want. You are currently in the 15$ reward tier which means you are eligible for 1 single product, not bundles. So first you need to tell us what you want because we don´t know. Then you will get a Code you have to redeem on Affect3D. The idea behind that is, that even if my Patreon should ever close, you officially own the products on Affect3D and never loose access. That is actually a good thing, even if it means you have to take another step. Overall the process is easy, but you need a bit of patience because we might not be in the same timezone so it might take a bit until we reply. And you get exactly what is advertised.

i bought the full Puppetmaster bundle on the Affect3d store and the game Brittany's home alone game does not work with all the content. it came with the Brittany's home alone and the dlc but when i play it only the dlc content is there
