🕑 Added 2022-07-27 20:39:17 +0000 UTCWent to the gym today! It’s the 3rd day and so far I’m loving it! I really missed being more active and it feels good to get out of the house more often.
Do you go to the gym? Any tips for a healthy lifestyle? I’ve been watching lots of videos to improve my daily routine and so far I think I’ve managed to slowly improve on certain things!
I will also start swimming which I’m so excited about 😍 I will probably try the pool this Friday, I’ll let you know how it goes! 💕
