I don't know if you're taking mod suggestions, but I was thinking that it would be great to have a mod (or module linked to Healthcare Redux) entirely dedicated to plastic surgery. We could choose small or big operations, which could be linked to the physical complexes of our Sims, and it would send us to the CAS (a bit like putting on glasses in your EyesCare mod). You could add to this the complications during the operations, the side effects, the failures... I think it would add a lot of possibilities and more fun to our game! And if anyone can do it, it's you, you still amaze me mod after mod. :)
