Bod Latex Study
🕑 Added 2024-12-13 15:59:38 +0000 UTCDid another latex study last night that I am so freaking proud of haha. Wanted to try and push myself a little bit more this time around. To do so I ended up drawing up a completely different pose, angle, ect compared to the reference pic so that I'd have to work out the reflections for a unique pic. Was a lot of effort to do but I think it really came out well and I learned a ton in the process!!

It really does! It's kind of amazing how many little spots pick up those reflections. Really helps with these messier studies also as they can be so impressionistic for representing forms haha

Doing the incorporated gloves and socks looks like such a good way to practice those latex reflections! That shiny material catches surprisingly detailed reflection and light in even the smallest areas
