I compressed the video to upload it directly to Patoreon, so the quality may be even worse than usual ๐โโ๏ธ. And because I couldn't upload it to YouTube, I couldn't even make it multilingual ๐๐ญ.
I hope you enjoy the video and sound alone ๐ฅฐ.
In this video I am recording about fasting and detoxing my intestines, so you can hear my stomach sound different from usual ๐ต. I hope you enjoy this video ๐ซถ.

Awww, You don't have to thank him ๐, I'm glad I can support you. I know it's tricky to get prune juice, but I admit I like to drink it. ๐คญ, I hope you can try it someday. I send you big hugs ๐ฉท๐ฅฐ

Thanks for subscribing ๐ฅฐ๐. I am really glad to hear you say that โบ๏ธ๐ธ๐. As I told you where, it's actually hard to get prune juice in Japan, I tried fresh prunes and dried prunes ๐๐๐. But since I can get support money from Patreon, I'll order it online ๐๐โจ๐๐น. Yes, please send me a dm ๐ฅฐ๐. I will get back to you when I can ๐๐โฃ๏ธ.

Hello ๐๐. Yes, I am enjoying a great weekend โบ๏ธ๐ธ. Glad you like my videos ๐ฅฐ. This time I did fasting, eating only fruit for 5 days, and on the last day I did a ritual to detox my intestines (drinking radish and dried plum soup) โ๏ธ๐. Then it was a great detox, as my bowels were active, and all the dirt and toxins that were stuck in my bowels were eliminated. ๐ฎโ๐จโจ Sorry I couldn't post this video on YouTube so I couldn't add subtitles to it ๐โโ๏ธ. But I'm glad you enjoyed it ๐ฅฐ and I have posted other detox videos and fasting videos on YouTube if you want to know more ๐๐
