As far as we know the baby daddy is in fact the random guy from her childhood. Some say it's Eren, but it's really unlikely. It's harder to believe once you finish the show too. Levi shouldn't have even been a guess lol. Levi is like 35-40 and Eren and the gang are like 18-23.

I know some shippers speculate that, bit it makes absolutely no sense to me. I don't think Isayama would do that with how clear it is that Mikasa loves Eren. I just don't see Eren doing that and literally everyone know about Mikasa's feelings. It also doesn't make sense because there's no reason for Eren to be the father. I find it strange that the random guy from her childhood would also be willing to raise a baby that isn't his. Nothing is confirmed, but I find that theory really hard to believe.
