Notice that Erens founding titan form is the shape of a rib-"cage" while he seeks freedom

Also, that scene with ramzi when Eren is apologizing is taking place in the last episode before Mikasa finds him the first time he disappears.

😞 It’s sad seeing something so good like Aot coming to an end. But don’t be sad it’s over, be happy it happened

I also recommend that you guys reaction to the YouTube video "Eren is Not Free". It explains his character arc and some of the more poorly explained aspects of the story in a lot more detail.

So, when Eren was apologizing to the child (Ramzi), what he was really saying was that he was disappointed that the world outside the walls wasn't like it was in Armin's book. Instead of a world waiting to be discovered or retaken from the Titans, it was a world full of humans (and cruel ones at that). So, while Eldia factored into his decision to use the Rumbling, he's admitting to ultimately having done it for himself.

It was yummy!

The "maifestation ability" of the Female Titan is shown but not really explained. remember how good annie was at hardening in S2? even though hardening is the armoured titans' ability. she was also able to scream and call titans like the beast, so she incorporated that ability too.
