The students were expected to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and their daily routines included a variety of physical activities and healthy meals. However, that all changed one day when the college made a surprising announcement - the exercise programs were being cancelled and replaced with cooking classes.
The students were overjoyed at the news. They had grown tired of the bland and tasteless food served in the cafeteria and were eager to learn how to cook delicious, high-calorie meals. The portions were also increased, and the cafeteria was stocked with junk food and unhealthy snacks.
At first, the students couldn't believe their luck. They enjoyed their new classes, relishing in the opportunity to cook and eat to their hearts' content. However, as the weeks went by, they started to notice some changes in their bodies. The once-skinny girls were now starting to become chubby, with soft rolls forming on their bellies and thighs. They were still in denial about their weight gain, but deep down they knew that they were no longer the athletic and toned girls they once were.
Sarah was one of the first to notice her weight gain. "I can't believe how tight my clothes are," she complained to Emily one day. "I thought I was the only one," said Emily, tugging on her skirt, "I can barely get into my uniform." The girls looked at each other in shock, realizing that their once toned and fit bodies were slowly but surely expanding.
As the weeks went by, more and more students began to notice their weight gain. Clothes were becoming too tight, buttons were popping, and walking between classes was getting more and more tiring for the girls. Despite the obvious physical changes, the students were too caught up in their love of food to care.
One student in particular, named Olivia, was shocked by her transformation. She had always been petite and athletic, but had quickly grown to become one of the largest girls in the school, and now found herself struggling with even the short walk between classes. Her clothes no longer fit her properly, and she often was seen ducking out of the dining hall early to avoid the embarrassment of her buttons popping open in public.
Another student named Madison found herself in a similar situation. She was once a star cheerleader, but now she too was out of shape and struggling to walk between classes. She was used to being active and fit, but now she found herself struggling to keep up with her friends and her clothes were starting to show the effects of her weight gain.
One day, as best friends Lily and Sophie were walking to class, they couldn't help but notice the changes in their own bodies. Lily could feel her thighs rubbing together, causing a faint chafing sensation, while Sophie had to readjust her bra strap which had been digging into her back all morning.
"Do you feel different, Sophie?" Lily asked, huffing and puffing slightly as she tried to keep up with her friend.
"Definitely," Sophie replied, tugging at her shirt which was stretched tight across her belly, "My clothes seem tighter every day. I think I gained at least 5 pounds in the last week."
Lily nodded in agreement, feeling self-conscious as she noticed how her shirt was straining across her growing belly.
The two friends continued to talk about their weight gain as they walked, discussing how they used to be able to run and play sports without any problems. Sophie was once the captain of the cheer team, and Lily had competed nationally for volleyball every year since she was 15. Now, they could barely walk between classes without getting winded.
Sophie glanced at the other girls walking around her, noting that they weren’t the only two with this problem. Sophie whispered, "Have you seen some of the other girls? They're starting to look seriously chunky."
Lily nodded, "I know, right? And don't even get me started on the teachers. I saw Mrs. Smith waddling down the hall the other day, her pants barely buttoned up.
Sophie shook her head, "It's just not fair. I feel like we're being set up to get fat, between all this food, and the lack of exercise we’re getting."
Lily sighed, "I guess we'll just have to try to make the best of it."
At lunch that day, they sat with their classmates, Amanda and Emily, who were clearly also having similar problems.
"I can't believe I've gained so much weight," Amanda said, looking down at her bloated belly. "I can barely button my jeans!"
Emily nodded, her own belly straining against her shirt. "And the worst part is, I don't even care. I mean, the food here is so good, and I just can't stop eating it.”
Lily and Sophie nodded, knowing exactly what she meant. They were all hopelessly trapped in a cycle of gluttony, unable to break free from their unhealthy habits.
Despite their growing concerns, the girls continued to indulge in the unhealthy food options. The cafeteria was stocked to the brink with junk food and high-calorie meals, and they found it hard to resist. They ate until they were stuffed, and then went back for seconds.
