Personally, I prefer longer animations that take a while to make. But I realize that others expect frequent releases. So maybe a healthy mix of both long features and smaller loops would be the prudent course of action?

Smaller frequent updates is good And the other good thing that you said you going to focus on only one project. Im pretty sure you going to love it.

I personally love longer form videos, even if it meant lesser individual animations overall. I wouldn't mind a longer wait with more frequent updates on one single animation at a time.
