Great work, looking forward to more. Thanks

Saw myself listed at #5 on the long term list and honestly was shocked. I remember I decided to go against my standard rule for your first game. I normally wait til about the 5th update to support on Patreon or other services just to be sure the product won't be abandoned quickly. I have never regretted supporting you and while my pledge amount sometimes goes up or down depending on my financial situation, there a just a handful of people doing these AVNs that I trust and you, Drifty, are one of the few.

Interesting read, thanks for the extensive insight into your roots and the AMA answers! Whenever I replay LoF from now on, the bus scene will definitely hit different. It was already a very good scene, but now I'll be thinking: "Ohhh, so this is where it all began, huh"? :] Here's to another 5 years of great storytelling and new memories. Cheers, Drifty! Also, a cool shoutout to Philly's work. I didn't even know the timeline of which game released when, but it's nice to hear about where some of the inspiration came from.

Congrats on five years and creating such amazing stories Drifty! I came in later for LoF, but will be here as long as you keep creating sir. Cheers and I hope you have an amazing 2025!

Thanks for answering my question Drifty! I still remember the day I found LoF and how excited I was to play it. Best patron investment I’ve ever made :)

Congrats!!!!

Question I wish I'd thrown into the AMA, inspired by some of your answers: what AVNs and which creators are you inspired by?

Happy anniversary Drifty

Blood Of A Hero

I hear you, this one of my all time favorite AVNs and I generally prefer AVNs that are story driven and emphasize the N in the abbreviation, like you mentioned. Regarding the original music, I was able to find a Spotify playlist with every single song ever included throughout the development of the game, which I listen to quite often. Though, I do wish many if not all the songs were able to stay in the final game. AVN Scenes that are completely silent tend to take me out of the story and experience as a whole.

Thank You for all of the tears, laughter, and great story telling! You are a legend! Keep it up.

Drifty thanks for the amazing work and the great interaction you have with all of us.

I 100% agree with this. Leap of Faith was a game that hooked me with the intrigue of "well, where has my girlfriend actually been for years?" when I first jumped in, but the pivotal role of Cece felt so personal to the author that it cemented the game as an all time favorite for me. You can't have an AVN without the N (believe me, I've seen some who tried to get by on purely TnA and it feels awful to play when every girl you talk to is a forced one night stand.) The only big disappointment for me being here for the game's development was seeing the original music get gutted due to licensing issues. The scene with everyone singing together in the limo just isn't the same and it breaks my heart that future players will miss out on a lot of those moments. Cheers, Drifty! I'll always keep an eye on your content <3

Thanks drifty for answering

Well I would certainly pay for a UE version of LOF, it's a wonderful story and would love to see it done even better than it is right now

I can not remember when I joined, but I know it was nowhere near the full 5 years. Had I known about LoF sooner I would have joined much sooner. But, regardless of when I joined, I have loved being here every moment. Out of the number of devs I like, nearing triple digits, Drifty is still in my top 3 favs.

Thank you for all of the excellent work Drifty! Leap of Faith was my entry point into the realm of visual novels. Only three computer gaming experiences have ever made me cry and I never cried harder than in LoF. It has set the bar very high indeed. It is my "base camp" that I compare all other VN experiences to. Sadly, most don't reach the same level. I wish I could make VNs. But I lack all of the technical know how even if I've been told I am a pretty good storyteller (GMing RPGs).

Amazing 5 years, what a journey! Congratulation on the amazing work that you have done, and I'm looking forward to Sea what the future has in store for u4ia.

First of, I just want to say thank you for LoF and especially for Cece. Incredible story and she's such a beautiful soul. Now, I'd love to see LoF remaster and I think if any VN deserves it it's LoF. I can understand, however that it'd take enormous amount of work. Also thank you for your continued work and passion for AVNs and U4ia (it's coming along really nicely). Here's to you Drifty and to another 5 years of great storytelling. Side note Nyah is in my top 3 after the last episode

Happy anniversary Drifty, I am incredible happy that I gave LoF a chance when first hearing about it. I loved the game like crazy and was pulled in immediately, instantly it became my favourite VN. I personally would love to see a, what you called Life is Strange kinda remastered for Leap of Faith. But that’s probably because both LoF and LiS have a special place in my heart and the thought of experiencing LoF that way sounds incredible enticing. I hope you have a nice weekend. And there is nothing left to be said except stay safe out there!

Thank you as well Drifty for this. Keep creating and keep writing!

Blood Of A Hero

Thanks for the extensive update and AMA Drifty! And again congratulations on your 5-year mark! I can't wait to see your growth and hear your insight at your 10-year mark!! Regarding a remaster of LoF, I honestly would be fine whether or not you pursue it. I find that LoF's charm comes from your learning along the way. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see many scenes, if not the whole game redone with what you know now, but I am more than fine with it's current state. I was more engrossed in the story you crafted then the visuals if I'm being honest. I wasn't an original supporter when the game was being developed and I only first played it last year in it's entirety, but even now, almost a year later, it has left an great impact on me. I'm glad I joined your Patreon and community as a whole and I can't wait for what you do in the future Drifty! I hope you have a fantastic weekend and I hope development continues to go well! And lastly, stay safe out there everyone ❤️
