🕑 Added 2025-01-10 13:00:17 +0000 UTCI worked myself through a few more scenes and finally got to the animation stage by the end of the week, giving me a bit of a breather due to the time they take to render.
Setting up the girls has been slightly trickier than usual, as, in addition to new clothes, some also have new hairdos to fit the scene. Hair doesn't always come in exactly the color you want, so it required a bit of Photoshop work to match the color of their original hair. To make things worse, Teagan and Roxanne's original hair color is already custom-made.
The morph used to create Teagan's boobs also gave some unexpected problems as her boobs don't interact all that well with most clothing assets. You've probably seen the "magnetic boob" effect in some of these games, where clothes seem almost painted on the figure, which is far from how clothing should react when covering the breast area. Below is an example of both the clothing fix and new hair. It's not perfect, but at least it's much better than the initial version.
5 years as a developer!
Next week will mark my 5 years as a developer, and I thought I'd do a little something extra then. So, I'll take a little trip down memory lane, including some words about how it all started and the miscellaneous trials and tribulations I've had along the way.

Congrats Drifty on 5 years of amazing creations! My question is a two part ask. How hard is it to find the right music to fit the mood of your scene you intend to use it for? Is it easier for the creator of the song to have you send them a sample of your work or for you to hear their music and then connect with the creator about the track or sample?

Congrats on 5 years. As for the question: have you ever considered going away from daz? Like taking your assets and moving over to another 3d software such as blender or cinema 3D. Daz seems restrictive at times.

I am glad that I joined your community and I will definitely be sticking around for what's to come in the future β€οΈ My only question would be about the upcoming GPUs. Will you be selling your kidney to get your hands on a 5090? My eyes are set on the new 5090 laptops coming in March.
