YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!! Luna transforms once more, learns some amazing things about magic which will drastically improve her energy situation, and the truth of her circumstance is now more or less completely revealed to Castalia! A bunch of things which are unequivocally good and will lead to improvements to Luna’s situation! Sure there’s some very difficult conversations due but those conversations needed to happen and finally they can! Yeah dealing with the fallen girl will be depressing, and Castalia having lived experience to suggest the best course of action is even more so. Sure all of this was known beforehand, but having it happen in the here and now makes it hit a lot harder. . Hmm, Thea seemed a lot more mature all of a sudden when it was desperately needed, and it seems that she now much more fully understands how disgusting the violation done to Luna’s soul is, and with the secret now impossible to keep hopefully she won’t be silly anymore about it and join Castalia in seeking a final and definitive solution for Luna. Nice confirmation that yeah, incarnate Luna is incredibly powerful. Now she just needs to get rid of those chains so she can finally wield her power how she wants and get a wardrobe no longer dictated by her twisted views of her masters desires. Also the chains restricting her power by stopping the full range of motion of her guns was an interesting note. Reminds me of the mention that the cage also restricts her strength by not permitting her to cast magic due to the risk of it breaking her free, and if Castalia and Melpomene are anything to go by that indirect weakening is quite severe. Awesome fight, awesome chapter, welcome back Thundamoo looking forward to more!
