This story is dedicated to the Memory of my Friend, Lisa she was an angel that struggled with multiple demons. She was my friend, my neighbor, and an angel that I trusted with my deepest secrets. Lisa, you will be missed.
I have been working a dead-end job for a couple of years now. I was feeling very lonely and depressed. I haven't had a date in over a year. I haven't had sex in even longer than that. I went to the local salon for my monthly haircut.
My friend Lisa owned the salon. Lisa was the girl next door! Lisa lived down the street from me when we were kids. We grew up together. I was friends with her little brother. Lisa was a grade behind me in high school. We never dated each other, despite both of us having feelings for each other.
Lisa was the one person who could read me like a book. She could tell I was depressed despite my constant attempts to keep myself positive in her presence. I told her how I was doing and the usual catch-up with each other small talk. I told her about the new car stereo I had installed in my car and the video game I purchased since my last haircut. Looking back now, I was just depressed, and I was pathetic too!
During my haircut, Lisa was telling me about the transformation makeover she did for a gay friend of hers. She described the makeup, nails, and full-body waxing. I was listening very closely. My interest became piqued. Before I realized it, I asked about the different things she did.
Randy, would you like to try something new? Lisa asked.
What do you have in mind? I asked.
I would love it if you would let me pierce your ears! You have great earlobes, they are just begging for earrings. I have several styles you can choose from. She said in a slightly softer and approving voice. I'll do it for free! Lisa knows me too well!
Earrings on me? Guys don't pierce their ears! I said with surprise.
The thought of getting earrings was a bit scary and intriguing. I sat there thinking about it in my stunned silence.
I'm closing in a few minutes and I don't have any plans right now. I could give you a facial and a manicure and we can talk a bit more. Lisa said.
That sounds good! I said I could use a little R&R!
Lie back, darling! Doctor Lisa will cheer you up! Lisa said in a happy and teasing manner.
Thanks, Lisa! It's nice to know someone cares about me.
That will never change, Randy! We've been through a lot together over the years. Lisa said.
Lisa put a purple smock on me and started my haircut. She just trimmed my hair a little leaving the length. She gave me a barber-style hot towel shave. After my shave, she gave me a two-step facial. The first was a peel-off mask. The second was a pink lotion that tingled and soaked into my skin. The next thing she did was wax my eyebrows (she always waxed my eyebrows).
Take off your pants, Randy. I don't want them getting wet.
I didn't question her, I just took them off.
She walked me to the spa chair and started the water. She washed and soaked my feet. Lisa started massaging my legs with moisturizer. I haven't been touched by a woman in a very long time. The sensations running through me were incredible.
The whole time Lisa worked on me, she talked about her transformation clients and the fun things her clients did dressed up They went to gay bars and parties. They had support meetings, social events, and conferences.
I kept asking questions as I relaxed. I didn't notice my erection. Lisa did!
Do you really think earrings are a good idea? I asked.
Randy, guys get their ears pierced all the time! Earrings for men are very fashionable and very sexy. You will love them! Trust me! Women love men with earrings! Earrings on men show they are confident and stylish! It shows that a man is comfortable with his masculinity!
Lisa caught on to my growing curiosity about things.
Are you ready for earrings, darling?
Yes! Please! I said in my relaxed and weakened state.
Which ones would you like? She asked.
You choose! I trust you!
Lisa marked my ears and pierced each earlobe twice.
Would you like to try my transformation services?
I don't have a lot of money! I said trying to back out.
Don't worry about money! Lisa said.
I was dumbfounded and didn't say no. I sat there silent.
She said to stop by on Friday night at 5 pm.
Okay! I said weakly.
Friday came, and I was excited. I went to her shop, and I got there at 4 pm. Lisa took me to the massage room and started waxing my body. She started at my toes, then worked her way up. The pain was extreme but quick. A couple of glasses of wine helped. Once she reached my genitals, she told me I'd have to help with waxing them.
She rubbed me down with numbing cream and prepared hard wax. She waxed my genitals in sections, and 40 minutes later, my bits and pubic area were hair-free. She blew air on my genitals in a sexy manner to show me how it felt; I started to get stiff. Once she was finished with waxing my body, she started treating my face with a facial and her special lotion.
My face a less than a third of the whiskers I had last week.
After my facial treatment, she applied a soothing face mask. She then started my pedicure and a full set of gel nails. While I was in a facemask, I began to feel another person touching me. I opened my eyes, and I saw a very beautiful woman looking at me. She smiled at me and brushed my freshly waxed skin with her long nails.
Who are you, Miss?
I'm your new Mistress, and you, my sweet boy are my new sissy! All I could do was smile. (I'm 25 years old, hardly a boy, I thought to myself)
The beautiful mystery woman rolled me over and inserted a plug inside me. She took her time with it. The whole time I was moaning like a girl!
After my plug was inserted, they both started applying makeup to my face. I lay back with my eyes closed. As I lay there with my eyes closed, I started to relax and enjoy the attention. I enjoy every stroke of the applicators and brushes. I felt so special being pampered.
Mistress, who are you? Where did you come from? How did you know about me? How do you know what I am? What do you need from me?
My, my, sweetie, so many questions! All things in time, my dear. For now, my name is Miss Loren, and you are now my submissive sissy girl. Your friend Lisa is a close friend of mine. She suspected you for a while, and we started tracking you a long time ago. I am also a friend of the lady who did your transformation in New Orleans.
Rest assured, my sweet sissy gurl, you are the one I've been looking for, and I am the woman you need. How are you feeling, sweetie pie?
I am in heaven, Mistress, I have never been so relaxed and turned on at the same time!
You were right, Lisa, she is special! Miss Loren said.
I told you! We've known each other for a very long time! You won't find a more honest and loyal person anywhere! Lisa said. She is my friend! I expect you to take good care of her!
Miss Loren raised an eyebrow.
As I lay on the waxing bed with my eyes closed, I heard the sound of metal clinking about. I opened my eyes to see stirrups, which were elevated and equipped with leather straps and buckles. I was so mesmerized by the playfulness of everything, I missed the fact that my feet were being shackled.
As the play continued, I felt new sensations flowing through my body. What the hell is going on with me? My mind was racing 100 miles an hour! I was really enjoying this much more than I thought possible.
Mistress Loren put on long black gloves and started massaging me. I began to swoon with ecstasy unlike anything I had ever experienced before. I tried to move and found myself restrained.
No, no, my sweet sissy, it's time you learn to enjoy what's next. Today, my sweet, sissy girl, you are going to experience physical release like a girl.
I began to shudder and shake; my toes curled, my back arched with an uncontrollable contraction. My eyes rolled back in the back of my head. My whole body was in one big contraction. My body felt new pleasures. Just when the waves of ecstasy died down, I felt the presence of the plug. I started to smile when I felt myself accept it.
Mistress Loren lightly stroked my legs, put her lips to my ears, and said This is a new plug, honey. This is a smart plug, my sweet little sissy. This one is controlled by my smartphone. Buzzz, ohhhh. Oh, Mistress, oh, goddess... uhhh... utt.
As I lay on the waxing bed, catching my breath, I was enjoying the aftermath of my newest form of release. I looked around and realized I was alone in the room. I was still restrained, not tied down tightly. I slowly realized that I was fully plugged and in chastity. My ears were sore, as was my nose.
I was able to shift a bit to get more comfortable, and my plug started vibrating. I started swooning, without warning, and it stopped. Just then, Lisa and Mistress Loren walked in; I bowed my head as much as I could in my position. Lisa approached the bed and released me.
Mistress Loren spoke to me. She said; Sweetie, how are you feeling?
Mistress, my ears and my nose hurt, and I have a chastity cage on. What's going on, Mistress? Did I do something wrong?
On the contrary, my dear, you have been an angel. You have been rewarded with ear piercings, a septum, and nasal piercings. In a few minutes, the doctor will be here to consult with you, my sweet sissy.
A Doctor! Mistress? I said startled.
Yes, honey, she is going to use some Botox for your eyes and filler for your lips. She also has a special surprise for you, honey.
Surprise Mistress? Please no more surprises!
So many questions, sweetie, are you nervous?
Yes, Mistress, and petrified too!
There's no need to be scared, sweetie. We are going to give you everything you have been dreaming about today. There may be more pain, honey, but you are ok with it, right? Mistress Loren asked.
Yes Mistress. I said as I submitted myself to her powers of suggestion. My male ego failed me. It just seemed easier to submit. As I felt myself up, I began swooning again. I tried to hide my fascination and excitement.
The Doctor came in. She was dressed in a very sexy outfit. She was in 6" heeled knee-high boots, latex leggings, a pink business blouse, heavy eyeliner and makeup, and a tight high ponytail. Mistress Loren spoke,. This is Doctor Gia. She will be performing several procedures on you today.
it's a pleasure to meet you today, Rachel. I will administer several injections today. Mistress Loren and I have a surprise/request for you. Something very special. Are you interested in having a woman's figure?
Yes, Mistress, yes, doctor!
Good girl! Doctor Gia said. We will start with the facial and Lip injections.
Mistress, Doctor Gia, what is the surprise?
Well, since you asked, How would you like breasts?
Yes Mistress Gia, Mistress Loren, but how?
Sweetie, Dr. Gia spoke; after we are done with your facial injections, we are going to inject saline into your breasts; we are going to temporarily give you D cups. It will be a bit sore, but it will also give you an idea about what the size and appearance will look like on you. Are you ready?
Yes, Doctor Gia, please be gentle?.
Of course sweetie.
Be brave sweetheart, said Mistress Loren. She was holding my hand. One, two, three, injection after injection. The pain was a bit of a stinging pain. I was having an endorphin rush. Doctor Gia handed me a Snickers bar. Eat this, sweetie. It will help you with the rush and the shakes. I ate it, and in a couple minutes, I could feel myself stabilizing.
Lisa and Mistress Loren rolled in a couple of Medical stands with several saline bags already hung on them. My eyes got real wide, that much? Yes, sweetie, it will be ok; Mistress Loren was still holding my restrained hand and stroking my forehead.
Doctor Gia inserted several needles and started the flow of Saline. I could feel the tingling and the pressure building in my chest the breast began to form. I was told by Doctor Gia to take deep breaths.
After half an hour of building pressure in the breast area, I was able to look down at the most beautiful pair of D-cup breasts.
As I felt myself up I began swooning again. I tried to hide my fascination and excitement. Doctor Gia, Mistress Loren, and my dear friend Lisa could see my swooning and approving emotions.
Doctor Gia, was standing next to Mistress Loren and my dear friend Lisa. They knew they were making my dreams come true. I just relaxed and decided to go with the flow.
Lisa looked at me and said Rachel, honey, are you okay? (My name is Randy, but I let it slide)
Yes, Lisa, I am fine; my chest is tight, heavy, and a bit sore.
Mistress Loren spoke, Rachel, sweetie, this is what you wanted, yes?
Yes, Mistress, it's all I dream about every minute of every day.
Good, my sweet sissy, because there's more, much more to come.
Doctor Gia asked, Rachel honey, are you feeling okay?
Yes, Doctor.
No dizziness or sharp pains?
No Doctor, a dull pain of pressure, but it's constant.
That's normal, Rachel. Just relax.
Yes, Doctor.
Rachel sweetie?
Yes, Mistress?
I am going to step out for a bit, I will be back to collect you soon. You will be staying with me tonight.
Lisa?
Yes, Loren?
Please make sure Rachel is ready in 2 hours.
Yes, Loren.
Rachel, honey, make sure to obey the instructions of Lisa and Doctor Gia.
Yes, My Mistress, I will.
The last of the saline bags was emptied into my chest. I started to think, what am I doing? Men don't do these things. What's wrong with me? Why am I doing this? I started to breathe heavily, and Lisa watched my facial expression change.
Rachel!
Yes, Lisa?
What's wrong, girlfriend?
Lisa, I feel like I am doing something wrong; as much as I want this, I know I shouldn't, I am a man.
Sweetie you are not now, nor have you ever been a man, a male maybe. We have been friends for a long time. I know this is your dream come true. The only question now is do you trust me?
Yes, Lisa, of course I do. We have been through too much together. We have always been there for one another in middle school, high school, and college. Remember when Jimmy, your boyfriend, beat the shit out of me? You patched me up?
Yes, Rachel, I remember.
Do you know why he did that? I asked.
No, you never told me.
Because I caught him cheating on you! I called him out on it. I also found out he was hitting you too. I would die for you Lisa.
I know, Rachel!
Do you remember Brenda? Lisa asked.
Yes, always, she was my first.
She found out your little secret she was going to tell everyone about you. I intervened; I caught her pulling a train one night in college at a frat house; it turns out it wasn't the first time. Anyway, I got it on video. That shut her up fast. I own that bitch. That's why no one messed with you after she left you. Because I made sure people knew you were protected. You know I can be a real bitch when I want to be. I know Lisa, and I thank god every day for you.
Gia, how does our girl look to you? Lisa asked.
She is doing well. Blood pressure good, pulse steady, eyes look good. You may finish Her up Lisa.
Thank you, Doctor Gia.
See you at the swingers event.
You will Lisa.
What do I owe you, doc? I asked
Loren has taken care of it.
Rachel, honey?
Yes, doctor?
Here is a 6 month supply of hormones. The bigger bottles are T-blockers. You must take 1 of each twice a day.
I took the 8 large plastic jars. Doctor Gia gave me a card with a 1 pm appointment next month. Lisa gave me a pink satin robe and mules. Lisa finished my makeup and we chatted like old girlfriends.
Mistress Loren returned with several bags and a couple boxes. Lisa's eyes go wide.
Loren, what's with all this stuff? Lisa asked.
I started staring at the boxes and bags. I see Prada, Versace, Jimmy Choo, Tom Ford, and Victoria's Secret. As I stare at these packages, I look at my new temporary breast and hope I am making the right decision. I really didn't make a decision, but to be fair I didn't say no either. I know Lisa would never lead me astray.
Mistress?
Yes, Rachel?
Where are we going after the salon?
Well, Rachel, first is late dinner at Chop House, then home tonight.
Are you dropping me at my Home, Mistress?
Yes and no. Not your home, mine; you belong to me, sweetie. You do not need to worry about anyone or anything ever again.
Mistress Loren, what do you mean by no worries anymore?
Honey, you belong to me now. I own you, body, mind,, and soul. You will never want for anything ever again. You have no more responsibilities except to do what I say and those I put in charge of you. On Monday you will put in notice at work. You will gather up some of your things at your apartment and move in with me. I must caution you. I keep a very neat, and orderly home. I expect it to continue to stay that way. Messy is punished. Trust me you never want to find out.
You may ask questions, you may speak. You must always address me as Mistress at home or in private. Ms Loren in public. Please share your thoughts or concerns with me in private only.
Thank you, Mistress. My thoughts started racing again.
Mistress, please explain; No job, no apartment, what is in store for me as far as work goes? Second Mistress, what do you have in store for me for my future? I asked. I felt like I fell down Alice's rabbit hole!
Both are good questions; I guess you should know my intentions. Rachel, darling, I have been searching for a sissy for years, never meeting the right one. I tried to train them, mold them, and guide them. The truth is, each sissy is unique. They can only submit so much, be trained so much. The right sissy is all determined by personality and their general love for the feminine life.
I believe you are the right sissy for me, Rachel. You have a good heart, your a non alpha male personality. You are brave and protective of your loved ones.
Mistress, I am not very pretty or skinny like most other sissies.
No, Rachel, you are not, but that can be changed with some surgery. What cannot be changed is a good and loving heart. You have a good heart and a feminine mindset. Its a very rare combination.
Thank you, Mistress.
Mistress, how long have you known my friend Lisa? We have been friends for over 10 years, she talks about you all the time.
Lisa is my best friend, Mistress, I refuse to sacrifice my friendship with her.
Rachel, I would never ask that of you; in fact, she said the same thing. Lisa will be helping in your feminization, and so will Doctor Gia. You can ask questions along the way, you can offer your opinion and ideas, always in a respectful manner. We will listen; however, My Word is final. Are we clear?
Yes, Mistress.
Do you want to continue?
Yes, Mistress. I submitted. She was right I wasn't a harden alpha male. I have a soft, gentle, disposition. When it came to being aggressive, I wasn't a guy with "Balls" as men refer to it!
Good, get dressed, we've lots of work to do.
Yes, Mistress.
I begin by digging through the shopping bags. I pull out a white silk blouse, white corset, panties, and white stockings. In another bag, I found a White Coat dress. In one box, I found 4" heels, Jimmy Choo's. Yippie, I cry. Mistress Loren and Lisa smiled and giggled at me.
Mistress Loren helped with my corset leaving it a bit loose. I notice Lisa with another box. Out come the silicone breast cutlets and a tube of glue.
Lisa smiles and says are you ready to be my sister, Rachel?
My mouth opens but nothing comes out. I nod yes, sealing my own fate. Lisa wipes me down with alcohol, dries it, glues me up, and adjusts my enhanced breast to push my breast to show my own skin and cleavage. After 2 minutes of holding, Mistress tightened my corset with a knee to my back. Short breaths are all I can manage now.
Apprehension, hesitation and excitement were racing through my mind. I started thinking about my old life, which was only a few hours ago. Lisa obviously trusted Loren. I trusted Lisa, but I couldn't help being scared. The corset was uncomfortable but at the same time made me feel the way I always wanted to feel.
