I did manage to do a few things but not enough tbh:
Now there's automatic lipsync:
And I been working on a Chell model.
It'll be used in future animations and will be alternative model in the game.
There's also been massive progress with voice AI I'm gonna try using it in future anims.
I plan to do two anims next month: one short one with Chell and I'll finish the Alyx blowjob one I've started long time ago. Then I will continue working on the game after that.

Woo, some new animations sounds great. Also, being able to see the new models interacting with the headcrab animations you've been working would be super sweet, and if you could slip in some voices that would be a dream!
