Thanks for all the suggestions :) More poses require tons and tons of work but it's not impossible. A chair one is a popular suggestion, maybe I'll attack it someday. Thanks!

I like BlueWinter's idea. Additional ideas are: more poses such as chair tie, more hand in front restraints, or on back with wrist to ankle restraints; expand bed with options available on the wooden rack; further expand bed to have a fuck machine option; and move the full body pantyhose option to a different slot to enable arm bindings either over or inside the item.
