Owner Set Nickname
🕑 Added 2024-04-23 13:55:13 +0000 UTCHi everyone, I’m thinking about adding a new feature for owners, that will allow them to change their submissives nickname if they desire. Owners can already lock the nickname, now they could also enter a new one.
Do you like the idea? Do you think it’s too much power for owners? Remember that you can always talk with your owner and ask not do it. BDSM is all about trust. Thanks a lot!

Extreme players will always be able to be renamed by their owners. The others will have an option :)

Some addons already permits things like that. And these addons permit to revert that if the sub doesn't want his/her nickname. If we can't do anything to prevent bad use, i doi't think it's a good idea.

If BCX has a similar feature it won't be a problem to add it to the base game then :)

I don't think I would link it to difficulty, it's more of a question of trust between the owner and the sub.

It's the owner. So he/she name his/her property as desired. But I'm expecting this a bit graduated in regards to the difficulty?

The owner is the only one who knows what is good for the Suby. So the owner should also decide something like that.
