You could even have a variety of formats in one story, for example a viewer looking at a racy comic or illustration with more photo-realistic effects on him.

Both styles you use are great and even like this look better than many others i have seen. Why not use this for smaller projects and save the other style for your major projects?

personally I prefer that the character transforming has all the detail, its the main reason why I like your content the quality and detail. maybe a unique spin can be done where the background has this style but the person transforming has the usual detail. for side projects and one shots this style would be nice though.

I’d try it on a project, but I don’t like how almost all the texture detail is lost.

Thanks for the comment. I played with new styles here and there in the past but everything was just concept. Making a whole project with a experimental art style sounds interesting to me.
