Patreon got issues with charging people
🕑 Added 2018-08-02 03:37:21 +0000 UTC Hello,it appears that alot of people have declined charges. I got told that this happens to alot of patrons/creators recently and there seems to be a issue with Patreon who have connectivity issues. If you are on declined charge status you may get flagged as "fraud" by Patreon and you'll lose any access to content, including Discord too.
Here's the twitter post of Patreon:
https://twitter.com/PatreonSupport/status/1024758399320252417
How to fix it for now:
If you create a new payment method but with the same data and you change your pledges to the "new" payment method it seems to work and you get charged without the risk of getting kicked out from my Patreon page/discord or getting flagged as fraud.
If you continue having issues the next days, please message me at surody.patreon@gmx.de if you have no access to my Patreon anymore, otherwise PM me here directly.
Thanks for your attention!

Yea, it seems like ALOT of people have this issue. Everyone dropped at least 20%+ Patrons because of that so far and it looks like it's increasing.

I understand your impatience but please look at my trello. I worked the past 2 days on ANS. Currently I'm rendering animations. While the animation is rendering I'll keep working on finishing "A Sexual Exchange". I can't do more at the moment, I'm working the whole day.

How about an update?

Bot will kick you out of discord soon as your payment is declined and will add you back soon as you tell your bank to accept the charge and click the "retry" button in your patreon.com settings
