Sorry for the late reply, ended up getting really busy this last week! But here is the answer: There is no diffence at all, the gumroad is mostly just a second way to get my stories. However, this story was a monthly exclusive, which means it was a story only made avaiable during the month of december, so some people might have missed here on patreon. I believe that is your case, so the gumroad offers the comic you missed if you have interest on getting it :)
