Essie the witch had just taken a backyard bubble bath in the magic potion she used to keep herself young and beautiful. The stuff was far too dangerous and powerful to flush down the drain, so she went out to the alley to dump it out where it couldn't cause any harm. Unfortunately that was right when her neighbor Emmet just happened to be walking by, and the poor guy got splashed with a faceful of Essie's bathwater! But she told him not to worry... He'll only be stuck as a girl for a few hundred years.
