Paul and his wife were having trouble conceiving, so in desperation he paid a local witch to cast a fertility spell on him. She waved her hands and said a few funny words, and Paul instantly got a huge, tingling rager. The witch giggled at the sight of him.
"Careful where you aim that thing," she said. "You've only got an hour, so you better hurry home."
Paul threw on his coat and limped off to the train station. He could feel the magic working in his loins, it was a warm tingle like nothing else, and he had no doubt that this would be the night he finally got his wife pregnant.
The train was packed with evening commuters. Paul looked all over for someplace to sit, desperate to hide his humiliating bulge, but every seat was taken. He had to stand in the aisle, right next to some tall, tough-looking guy in a black jacket. Paul hunched over slightly and gritted his teeth, praying that this bruiser wouldn't see the huge lump in Paul's coat and get the wrong idea.
They were just a few blocks from home when the train stalled on the tracks. Paul kept checking his watch, seeing the precious minutes tick away. He was starting to worry he wouldn't make it. His pants were painfully tight in the crotch now and the tingle was becoming unbearable, like a million little bugs swarming all over his thighs and groin.
Finally the train lurched into motion, sending Paul thumping crotch-first against the backside of the tough guy standing beside him. Paul's vision went blurry for instant and when it cleared the tingle was gone, along with his hardness.
"Watch it asshole," said a girl's voice nearby.
Paul looked around, wondering where the voice had come from. The tough guy had his back to Paul, and something about him looked... off. He seemed shorter than Paul remembered, his clothes hanging loose on his frame, and Paul didn't remember the guy having long, chestnut brown hair. In fact, if Paul didn't know better, he'd swear he was looking at a girl.
The tough guy turned around, and somehow he was a girl. It didn't make any sense. Had Paul been so preoccupied by his tingle that he'd mistaken this pretty young woman for a big, tough man?
"Excuse me?" Paul asked.
"You heard me," the girl said with a sneer. "You bumped your dick right into my... my..."
She fell silent and touched her throat as if the sound of her voice was surprising to her, then she looked down at her breasts with wide eyes.
"What the fuck..?"
There was a sound like a balloon filling with helium, a stretchy hisss, and the girl's belly began to swell. She gasped, watching in horror as her stomach grew and grew until she looked six months pregnant... then seven months... then eight...
"Oh, no," Paul groaned. "No, I didn't mean... This can't be happening!"
But there was no denying the obvious truth. Paul was going to be a daddy after all... and this guy he'd just met on the subway was going to be the mother of his child.

I like that idea - maybe she’s happy to have someone else carry the baby, and possibly a sympathetic person to help the preggo guy get familiar with the needs of his new anatomy. Though I’m having an idea pop to mind of her getting the witch to give her the ability to add a baby that’s hers & the pregnant guy’s, just to balance things out.

I can imagine a scenario where Paul and the preggo guy have to hang out a lot together to prep for their baby and they start having feelings for each other. I don't know how Paul's wife fits into that. Maybe they end up as a thrupple!

Fun! I love the story that goes along with this one. Maybe this will teach Paul to bring his wife along the next time he has that witch help out.
