General
Annie is a local hairstylist! He works with the first ever MOUSE we're gonna meet!! In this world, both mice and rats exist (anthropomorphically), which we'll dig into more another time. All I'll say for now is, she is a barber, she is about the average mouse height which you can see her marked in the height chart (subject to change, if anything mice will be canonically smaller, not taller, than already shown), and you'll see a glimpse of her in the haircut snippet!
