Their memories and personalities remain intact, but whatever Brittney thinks, feels, and decides, the other two internalize, support, and agree with her, as if it was their own idea. So unexpectedly, Brittney finally got the harmony and unconditional support she always needed from her sorority sisters.
(Brittney is the only one who ever had any sort of opinion about DS9 whatsoever before the merge)

She is kinda right though, DS9 is a standout in the star trek universe. I always appreciated that it didn't take the Federation's utopia premise as granted. It was the ragged edge of the universe, and a dangerous post to keep active.

That is a very interesting way for one's life to continue! They all seem to be fine with this merger, I guess because Brittney is. It's a little surprising not to see Griffany's take on the results of the drink-off, though!
