I noticed that the Baxxid with the black has no shine to it's eyes unlike the other Baxxid could it mean the Baxxid in black are blind?

And another patch of worldbuilding to fit into this glorious tapestry. I love this comic so much Also, considering that the black flags are being expressly pointed out here, that implies a lot. Any kind of actual Baxxid secret service wouldn't want to expressly indicate their job with some kind of insignia or flag, so the inclusion of the 'Black Flag Baxxid' here is probably just because any wearing a black flag just want to be left alone.
