Slugworm trouble: part 1
🕑 Added 2022-08-27 23:06:56 +0000 UTCThe monster of the month is the slugworm (sorry, naming things is still hard), a smallish slug like creature with a soft fleshy body, no bones, no teeth. They live in colonies of hundreds of individuals, in nests just below the surface. They prefer warm dark places, for themselves and for their eggs.
The critter has 2 ways of bringing down prey, both involving lots of quick drying rubbery acidic slime it spits out of the three appendages on its head. If the opponent is up to ~10 meters away, slime is used to root the prey in place. Then once it has closed the distance, it covers its prey with as much slime as necessary to fully restrain it. The slime sticks to anything except to the slug itself, so the slug just uses its own body to smear the slime all over whatever it is that needs to stop moving. The slime contracts as it dries, and is highly tear, cut and puncture resistant.

The new works can be found in the Slugworm trouble folder in the archive. This is the start of a 6 page story (maybe more), based on a commission I am working on at the moment.
This is sort of a test of trying out some new things. Also, I've heard so many interesting ideas over the past few months that I want to draw, that maybe I should focus on shorter more condensed stories so I can do more of them.

Also, 1040 supporters!? This is so far beyond what I expected, that it's not even funny. I again don't know what to say. It's just hard to believe things have been going so well. I am really grateful for all the support. I just hope I can keep you guys entertained.

I wish you had less zoomed on view in your last drawing (slugworm trouble P2) I,m sure I could have seen a beautiful bare foot. Moreover spreading toes could add struggle expression in the scene. Is there other footfetishists here that could ask for more barefeet ?

You think some bits are missing? For the commission we wanted to show the essential / most interesting bits. I think it's doing a pretty good job of that. It's showing all the things you need to see to get what's going on. But like I said before, I will probably do both longer and shorter stories.

very nice, but I would love to know, what happens between the pictures in the second picture :-) First she is crying out, because one of the things are on her back, the second and she is already slimed in firmly and the third she is already on the ground :-) Maybe there will be alternates, that give us the whole story ;-) I think I would prefer if you don't write more stories, but keep the lenght of the pest control story instead, as it is so much more fun for me, to watch someone taking down slowly step by step :-)
After some thought I've settled on Jasmine. It seems just right to me.

I think I'll do both longer and shorter ones. But pest control/rescue party lasted for over a year, I think that was a bit much

Please don't stop doing longer stories! I love how there's more time to develop the stories themselves as well as space for full-screen pinups, it's the main reason I subscribed to begin with
