TTT
Hey Patrick, It was just some improv - K
Patrick Barrett
What’s the song that Kevin sings during the break? Is it an original?
Chloe Bailey
I just saw Sam for the 3rd time last night, he was amazing!!! CMAT Irish singer songwriter and powerhouse was supporting him on his European dates, I think you'd love her album Crazymad, For Me.
Leigh Frizzel
Love this! You should listen to ‘the midnight organ fight’ by Frightened Rabbit, a Glasgow band originally from the Scottish Borders. An incredible album and band! Always appreciate your reviews 👏🏼
Luke Johnson
I am so happy you love our local hero Sam
Cozy Josh

Luke Bredeweg
I need that hat on my head ASAP
Darrin Everage
Loved the convo ab tv dinners - grew up with those on family holiday gatherings
Steven Quijas
Connor, I'm not sure if you've heard Low Roar's 0 but I need you to at least try the first three songs. It's a such a big sounding album and I think you and your dad would both appreciate it. Much love from Phoenix, AZ ❤️
Brendan Lynch
I would love to see you guys react to American Recordings by Truman Sinclair, amazing new artists. His album feels like a mix of Dylan, Petty and Springsteen's Nebraska. It's a cool folksy Americana Rock album.
Dan M
Hey guys, Sam has already played People Watching and a couple of other new songs live several times. I saw him in London in December: https://youtu.be/mL83rzFMFGU?si=YF6Nlq9aJwF5RiRX
Dominic Nortney
I had to sub for this one You should still do ‘Hypersonic Missiles’ debut album guys. It’s the best by far the majority will agree TV Dinner my no.1 on this
Daniel Simpson
I watch the YouTube mainly as a consequence of lack of time to enjoy these full reactions but I had to resub and thankyou for supporting Sam. My family is from the North East of England and I relate a lot the stories he tells, thankyou for spreading this beautiful music to your audience!
Angel
I love your channel because I’m discovering music I never would’ve found on my own!
Tristan Harrison
Completely unrelated to this album, but I think you guys would love some of Mac de Marcos albums, specially this old dog.
TTT
MARUJA - K
Christian Lang
What's the name of the artist/band of the test song?
Dan M
You guys should also do the first album, Hypersonic Missiles.
Tim Kelbie
Think Remember my name will be up there as one of the saddest songs ever made 😱 it’s almost unlistenable
Joseph Howell
Such a fun and sad listen at the same time. For some reason it reminded me of teens of denial by car seat headrest even though it’s not very similar sonically. I would go feral if y’all reacted to that.
Tyler Watt
AOTY
Dave Ko
Sorry folks there's only 9 spots left in the top 10 albums of 2025 list
TTT
It’s at the end of the video. Great track - K
Jr
Lads, listen to one of the B-side tracks of this album called ‘me and the dog’ - incredible.
Darragh
Tv Dinner is old Sam. Brilliant
Gina
Would LOVE to see you guys react to Beyoncé’s afrobeat album The Gift!!
Julian Jazzar
You guys HAVE GOT to listen to The Lemon Twigs, I’d recommend either of the albums A Dream Is All We Know or Everything Harmony. Some of the most well written modern songs written in the style of 60s and 70s sunshine pop/rock
Karl Williamson
Outstanding lads I’m from the same town and it hits me in the feels. He’s bloody brilliant.
ellie-kate cooke
Saw on your post on YouTube saying this was uploaded and had to run over and subscribe immediately
Hannah Miles
As someone who lost their Grandpa on my Dads side and Grandma on my Mums side to dementia, that Remember My Name song is a tough one to listen to
Lauren
St James’ Park is going to be really special this summer, this album hits different. So glad you guys enjoyed it, we’re really proud of Sam in the North East!
joel rudd

Jack Shaver
I watched your first Sam reaction and I’ve been looking forward to this one since then. Great album, great reaction. Instrumentation and lyricism is so well done. Kevin’s singing in the middle is always a treat. Keep being yourselves. Peace.
Ryan Rick
Just finished the video. Every song on this album feels timeless. Like in 50 years, I could show this album to my grandchildren and they’ll love it too
Daniel Pearson
This has genuinely become my favourite album of all time, I have never heard such a perfect track list in my life. The lyrics are all absolute poetry and I can’t believe that every single lyric was written by Sam all by himself. Incredible reaction as always keep it up lads
Claud Tiedemann
Just finished writing my own little review and went straight to the Patreon to watch your reaction. Love you guys.
TTT
A kiss! 😘
Charlie Rastall
Absolutely unreal album. Can’t wait to see him perform this album in Manchester. Every time I see him live it’s still as good as the first. Check out “Tyrants” it’s a b side to the single people watching.
itz_Wallace
Thanks for doing this album nice as a guy from the uk seeing you guys listen to artists like sam fontaines wunderhorse etc really nice. You guys should defiantly do cub - wunderhorse soon I bet you'd love it. cheers
Isaac Sargent
Never mind, just saw Lost In The Dream in the background! Banger!
Isaac Sargent
I really hope you guys check out some War On Drugs, the band of this album’s producer! Kevin would love the 80s influence on I Don’t Live Here Anymore but their last three records are all masterpieces IMO!
Ollie Croft
Need to see them do hypersonic missiles and complete the holy trilogy 🙏
Russell Simpson
On reflection the title track without doubt you can hear it. I'd read an album review saying they felt he'd had too much influence and therefore i went into album expecting it to be a war on drugs knock off and it certainly isnt that.
Fras
Hypersonic Missiles?👀
yellowflannel
Interesting. I immediately recognized it even though I had no idea that Adam was involved in this album.
Russell Simpson
Apart from the title track to be fair
Russell Simpson
I really don't hear the war on drugs. I was expecting to as knew about the singers involvement but I wouldn't have ever guessed he was involved.
yellowflannel
After hearing first track of this album I was like wait - this sounds so much like The War On Drugs. Had to google it and it turned out that Adam Granduciel(who is TWOD vocalist) produced this album. Now it makes so much sense :)
Chris Gladman
Very much hoping for a Glastonbury Sam Fender slot in 2025 🤞 Would love to see your reaction to Sam’s debut “Hypersonic Missiles”
George Woodward
Been waiting for this and what an amazing review, it's been a joy to watch this with you after listening to it late last night when it came out. I was in tears a few nights ago when 'Remember my name' was released, it just blew me away and made some grief come out after my Granddad passed recently. What I'd add too to your discussions about his unique songwriting and how it connects to people is that it's so Geordie and North East England, obviously with the number of place names, football references and phrases like 'fast as a whippet' (greyhound racing is very big in Northern England), and his accent which makes some words like 'home' so distinctive. Lots of people even from other parts of the UK won't understand what he's talking about occasionally without looking it up, so I don't think the language should be an issue in resonating with people across the pond, like it hasn't with you both. He's a huge icon in north Shields and Newcastle itself and that connection to place, home and the people there just brings soul to the music like Bruce does too. He used the brass band of a local mining village in that final track and that just says everything. Keep making albums Sam.
Craig Ross
been waiting for this one too super excited, MACADELIC next????

Blow me what
Vitor DaSilva
Been watching you two for a while now and I’m so glad you listened to this album. It’s incredible the work that Sam has done with The War On Drugs to get this mix done. 11 songs that fill up every 48 minutes within it.
Kristin Lohr
I’m obsessed with Sam Fender! And his lyricism and syncopation feels very “Taylor Swift” (which is to say perfection)
Ryan Rick
I was hoping you’d post this today!! Next you need to check out Bartees Strange’s new project!
Griffin Muir
Need the Since I Left You, The Avalanches reaction!
David H
People watching (the song) makes me want to sprint down the middle of the street in the pouring rain.
Joe
One song in and Kevin is singing along through tears. I’m so in. That’s why you guys are the best!
