Lilly doesn't have anything beyond the setup for Gigi currently, she's getting an update in 0.7.0. The android version available should match the PC version as I develop them at the same time. 0.6.0 is on the way soon, but it won't have any more content for Lilly, but it will have content for Nerina and Summer
