You should be able to do errands and do the entire first part of the storyline on the public build. This seems like a bug, we will check it out.

I'm on the 9.1 public build and am trying to do the sororitas story. There is a choice as to whether to make a donation or an errand. The errand list however is completely empty. Is the errand content patreon exclusive or am I missing something.

You need to "hang out" in the mall, which is a separate option. It might not come up right away, as there are other events that can happen there as well. Try it for a few days. Also it only works once you discovered the Extreme Circumstances GH.
