I tried it. It says the files are corrupted. I downloaded the fil twice and got the same result each time. I have no idea why this is a problem. Could it be because I use MS Edge?

Winrar works fine on Win10 for this. Its recommended for rar files.

I did try a third party zip RAR extractor but it failed too. I'll see what I can find. Thanks for the tip.

Using another unzip application. Mine was the standard 7zip. But you got others like winzip and zipup

Has anyone discovered a fix for the Windows10 problem preventing unzipping of the files yet?
