you had me in the first half at least lol I definitely think there's a way to combine both. Let him get huge and while he's blissed out and being a huge jerk, trying to dominate wayyyy too many huge hunks, he gets thirsty for more and.... well they give it to him and he gets immobilized. Allowing them to get bigger too. He sees the error of his ways, but he still wants to get bigger and they oblige him, making him bigger than any of them but he's still immobile and a danger to no one and unable to compete so everyone gets what they want ;)

Personally if Rob and grant take the juice and punish Mateo for trying to almost kill them. Lol or even tricking Mateo into getting injected so the other boys can get even bigger from his juice.

Yes . But I know some stories where bad guy wins . Do give sometimes commissions where a bully go be more corrupt and growth bigger and stronger .

The best thing would be to implement both ideas - there is a normal ending and an alternative ending. That way you can satisfy all your supporters and not disappoint anyone. Because why add a bad guy if you're just going to treat him like a stepchild? That doesn't make sense and isn't logical. The comic should have concentrated on the good guys from the start.
