I think you could report it blue since your the author and have the most details to report the gallery for using your stuff

Wish i could help, but not a member of that site. I hope they do something about the copyright theft. have you clicked on the 'Report Gallery' icon, and did your thing yet? after all it is copyright infringement.

They are either reviewing or have locked the expunge option due to ‘brigading’ of reasoning they don’t see fit to remove a gallery for. There are plenty of old galleries unable to be removed for this reason.
