I fully understand how the platform works. Usually a creator will private message google links of the monthly files at the end of the month. This creator does not. When I private messaged them about sending the files I paid for. I got no response.

Thank you for stating the obvious. No one asked you. I have been a Patreon of Cze and Peku since they started. spending $100's of dollars on them. I guess that ends today.

You need to download things BEFORE you unsubscribe. You can also set a limit on how many times you want to pay each month. If you've unsubscribed there's nothing for them to "resolve" on their end, as that is Patreon working as intended.

Ah, I see, you were locked out because you had unsubbed. As explained by Patreon during the unsubbing process, you lose access to a creator's offerings once you've unsubbed. You're charged at the end of each month and any time before that you have complete access.

Correct. I subbed at he beggining of the month. Was charged three times. Then unsubbed. Then when I went to dowload what I had paid for. I was locked out of everything.

I'm not a Foundry user myself, so it's hard for me to answer that, but we've had people on the Discord already using the tokens with Foundry so it's probably best to pop into our #vtt-discussion channel ask specific questions there. :)

Hey Uriah, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. All charges are automated by Patreon and all access to content is decided by Patreon based on the tier you've chosen. We have no control over either. If you think there was a bug that limited your access to the content, that's definitely something you need to email Patreon support about. When you say that you did not receive the scenes, what do you mean? Were you not able to log in and click the download links?

I messaged you some time ago on Czepeku Scenes about how I spent $32 this month JUST ON SCENES and did not recieve the scenes. If I do not here back from you I will be filing a credit card chargeback.
