Arctic Expedition [45x87]
🕑 Added 2023-06-30 09:42:40 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Someone on the discord suggested Arctic Expedition as a theme with this old painting of the HMS Erebus and we were so taken by it that we decided to make it into a battlemap!
We decided the Erebus was too large to fit in the map so we instead decided to depict something more akin to the Gjøa, although of course it can be any ship you want it to be! And there's plenty of variations without the ship in case you want to cross the icy reaches on foot.
Oh and the ship is a separate PNG too, in case you want to use it elsewhere. :)
Enjoy!

Giving me strong The Pale Beyond vibes. Anyone who hasn't played that game - it's short, and interesting and very much an arctic survival game. Very fun.

The aurora reflection is everything I need! I love it so much! Thank you! More aurora variants, if you're inclined please x

There are 22 variations of this map. They may not be posting the variations on here anymore for viewing, though I'm not sure why they'd stop.
There are actually some variants. They just don't appear in the list for some reason. Massacre, foggy, lava themes, etc. Looking great as always.

Is there a reason there aren't variants? Considering the downloads are in 2 parts, I would have thought there'd be your usual display.
