I live in Colorado so if I'm ever feeling that way I go for a hike in the mountains, it's what helps me! BTW is the grassy diamond you're referring to a baseball field?

Unfortunately for me I have no such place. Sometimes I feel not at home, even in my own bed. I think that is why I turned to ASMR. Because for just a moment I'm not here. But even there I have yet to find my place of peace.

Feel better!! My peace is my own “mind palace” or to sound less pretentious… my imagination. I dive into a book that I have been writing in my head, or a novel that I’m currently reading. That version of me is Mary Sue to the max (I can sing!), but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve added my own flaws such as my desire for power and authority. This has actually helped with my writing out. Not really touchy freely, but its where I find peace

Where I go to find my peace is probably at the mountains here in Cali that me and my family go often. We hang around, and sit on top of a fallen tree and enjoy the chill mountainy air. No words, just the sounds of nature around us. And the view is quite nice too! It’s a nice and beautiful experience and I always think back on that. I would love to go there one day with someone to share that experience with. 😊
