Sped this one up a little. This is my nightly routine lately. After a full day of eating to meet my macros for the gym, I come home and typically take a gummy and abuse my bodies inability to fight off the munchies 🐷🐷🐷 Resulting in frequent 6k+ calorie days.
This should be an easy regain 😈
