Bullshit. When you pay for a pizza, you get a pizza. And if you don't get a pizza, you get a refund. Where's the refund for the $10,000+ she unfairly extracted from people in July? Get a grip.
It's true...just like Matt and Steve said. Some people have lives. And even though we have paid for a service we shouldn't expect it to be consistent or regular, like when you order a pizza.
