I get it, I really do. I mostly mean that no one is being forced to stick around, especially in light of how this particular creator treats her patrons. It sucks to accuse someone of being manipulative or fraudulent when 1. they've consistently done right by their patrons for such a long time and 2. the month hasn't even changed over yet. Still, I get that people are worried about getting boned. We all have different financial situations. I would suggest renewing support on a month to month basis so you're less at risk.

That's not entirely true, when you set up various payment tiers with promised content attached to each then the creator really does owe the patrons something, otherwise it's manipulative practice. In general Aftyn has been among the best for bang for buck content so she deserves some slack, but it's also fair for people to be upset that they are going to be charged for something that they were promised and never received.

Just a heads up she's never charged and not delivered. Patreon is a way to support creators whose content you enjoy. This isn't a marketplace. They don't work for us or owe us anything. Likewise, you don't owe them anything as well. If you don't feel comfortable spending your money here, then spend it somewhere else.

I would still recommend to await the actual end of the month before talking about fraud.

I appreciate you not charging us for June. We have payed you for July and have received nothing in return. I feel for you if you are having personal problems but I'm not going to hand money over to you for nothing. You may want to say something to us before it just starts to look fraudulent.
