The game got an amazing reception, and while of course there are things to correct, I got tons of great feedback. Financially, we're close to $200 already, and that was my objective after a month, not after a day.
Thanks to that, I'm gonna be able to confidently spend a lot of time on the development of the game.
And with that, first update! Albeit a small one, as it's only been about 24h since the first release. I wanted to address the issues regarding difficulty. A lot of people just wanted to casually enjoy the game, and not worry too much about optimizing their play, and grinding. I present to you Casual Mode and Challenge Mode. Challenge Mode is close to the initial difficulty setting of the game, while casual mode offers adjusted enemies as well as shorter floors. You can select your difficulty setting at the start of a run.
Hope you enjoy!
Note: this update was done quickly in response to the numerous reactions regarding the difficulty. Changes may occur to adjust those balance changes.
