unlimited loading screen issue [fix]

so, it's come to my attention for some people some of the lots would give you a long loading screen which you would have to force quit the game as I was not having that issue as well as my play tester, I did have one of one of you check by running my builds in dx9. dx11 is buggy/laggy and was causing my game not to load as well as before so I switch back and it seems that a few other creators have to, the build work perfectly fine in dx9 as a lot of cc creators have not swiped for dx11 when making content.
I hope this helps anyone who maybe having issues with my builds or any other creators still using dx9.
