GUIDE
This tool is meant to give you adequate information when creating your own girl. It also provides you with a base look to work with. I have left her body proportionate, but as neutral as possible so that you have a clean slate to work with to customize her figure the way you like.
If you are not familiar with Virt-A-Mate's features and UI, I strongly suggest you check out my Virt-A-Mate: Getting Started post. This guide will assume you are familiar with at least the basics.
If you would like to download more morphs to use for creating your girl, you can download my morph collection with over 10,000+ morphs. Just open the zip file and extract into your main VAM install directory.
■ USER INTERFACE
Toggle / Chart: Used to toggle on and off the CDC chart that shows average height and weight for various ages.
Toggle / Male: Used to toggle generic male on and off behind girl for comparison.
Guides / On: Toggles on all guidelines and measurements.
Guides / Off: Toggles off all guidelines and measurements.
Guides / Age On: Toggles on Age Guessing.
Guides / Age Off: Toggles off Age Guessing.
Guides / Metric: Changes measurements to use the Metric system.
Guides / Imperial: Changes measurements to use Freedom Units.
Reference / ShowHide: Toggles reference image + guides on and off.
Reference / Default Img: Reloads the default image that comes with scene.
Reference / Guides On: Toggles on all guidelines and measurements for Reference.
Reference / Guides Off: Toggles off all guidelines and measurements for Reference.
■ ADJUSTING AND SHAPING
You can find more detailed information on how to customize girls in the Getting Started post. This will cover the basics on how to adjust morphs.
1. Make sure your main UI is showing at the bottom of the screen. You can either click this button or hit the U key on your keyboard.
2. Click Edit Mode or hit the E key on your keyboard so that you can make changes.
3. To select the girl and bring up her UI, you can hit the Cycle Person button in the UI or the N key on your keyboard.
4. With the UI up and open, verify that Girl is in the upper corner. If instead you see Guy, hit the Cycle Person button or N key once more until you see Girl.
5. Click on the Female Morphs tab to bring up the options for editing her body.
In the morph UI you have several options. You can download more morphs from the HUB or just use the standard included morphs. The easiest way to find a morph to adjust is by typing in the filter. You can search various body parts like Glute, Hip, Leg, Head, Shoulder, Waist, Thigh, etc. Alternatively, you can click through each page just below the search filter to see all available options.
You can use the sliders to adjust the shapes of the intended mesh on your girl. Some sliders can have negative values. To reset a slider click on the default button underneath. For a more in depth explanation of all the buttons, you can check out the Morphs section on the official Wiki.
■ REFERENCE IMAGE
A base reference image has been already included. If you would like to load your own reference image, you will need to save the image you wish to use in the /Custom/Images/ directy of your VAM install.
Once you have your reference image saved, you will need to load it into VAM.
1. Click on the Select Atom icon on the bottom of the main UI.
2. Click on Reference/Image in the left panel. This will auto open a new UI.
Click on the Browse button to open the file directory and select your image. Upon loading the image you may need to make some adjustments to it's placement on the X & Y axis or even it's overall size. I recommend starting with adjusting it's size first if it needs to be adjusted.
1. Click on the Physics Object tab.
2. Adjust the Scale slider until you feel your reference image is the appropriate height. You may need to use this with the provided Reference Measurement Guides to get things just right.
Now you can adjust its position.
1. Select the Move tab.
2. Use the X Position to adjust the image left and right. Use the Y position to adjust the image up and down. Z position adjusts front and back and will most likely not be needed.
■ REFERENCE GUIDES
The reference guides that overlay your reference image can be adjusted manualy and are a great way to gauge what measurements you should be shooting for on your personal girl. To be able to adjust these guides follow the steps below.
1. Click on the Select Atom icon on the bottom of the main UI.
2. Click on Reference/Guides in the left panel. This will auto open a new UI.
1. With the UI now open, select the Plugins tab.
2. Select the Open Custom UI button
In the guide options there are various sliders. If you do not see any, make sure to click open options at the top right. Adjust these sliders so the the lines line up with the corresponding area.
If you need to adjust the positioning of all the lines up/down or left/right to better line up with your reference image, you can use the options at the bottom of the UI.

Just to further clarify in case anyone is wondering why it is .1 in the file name. The original Create-A-Loli was under a different creator name and a different scene name (SkaredSic.Size_Reference.1.var). VAM only appends a new version number to the exact same var. Since I only went by SkaredSic for the first month and since the var file was renamed from Size Reference to Create-A-Loli, VAM will not append a new version number to the var file since technically it is the first version of that specific var file. This is however an actual version 2 of my previous Size Reference scene which I also called Create-A-Loli.
The one in downloads is correct
This says that it's version 2, but the one in your downloads says version 1. Is that a mistake? Where could we get version 2?

@Skared, since my PMs are not working on this site (I don't know why), I have to ask you here. The question is, do you remember how to fix this horrible "RG infected" stupid glute? I have a full body morph on my model and she is suffering because of her right glute (or even whole hip) is higher than the other one.
