Marco is dead but understand that part where Reiner is having a bit of a melt down was a flash back of when Marco died. I'll let you put the pieces together from there. Lastly, they don't remember the moment when they ate a person that allowed them to become human again and granted them Titan powers. That's what Bert and Ymir were getting at in their conversation.
