Saying things out loud can be powerful, and giving yourself time and space to process changes or feelings has a lot of value, especially during these stressful times. I work in mental health in my regular life, and I see a lot of parallels between mindfulness and the kinds of witchy rituals I like to do with my friends.
For this giveaway I’m going to mail you a personalized ritual! It will contain step by step instructions and all the materials you need for this particular magic spell. I’ve done this for a few of my loved ones recently and it’s really fun, and a nice way to stay connected right now.
