My body wasn’t sure what was happening, her nearness had always meant I was satisfied, taken care of, made useful. But we were not alone this weekend, and we were trying to be well behaved.
Every time I felt her eyes on me my cunt throbbed. Every time she leaned closer just to kiss my forehead my heart skipped a beat. My hands wanted to find their way to her softest places. I snuggled up to her, distracted by her every movement, full of want. I wanted to be reassured by the way she looks at me when we’re alone, by that smile that’s just for me. I had to wait.
We walked in the snow, taking in the sunshine, killing daylight, a group activity. When we came back to the cabin we were all out of breath from the cold and the cardio. She flopped down on the bed, I curled up beside her, inhaling the fresh air and sweat on her skin, wanting to put my face between her legs to taste her, wanting to hear her moan.
She grabbed my hand and pressed it against her sternum, locking eyes with me as I felt the fast fucking thumping of her heart, shaking her rib cage, vibrating through my fingers as she tried to catch her breath. I could feel the blood rush to my head, my cheeks hot as I felt her rhythmic pulse, I wanted to press myself against her. I wanted her to breathe against my mouth and share oxygen the way we do when I’m close to cumming and she’s holding me tight.
Later she found me out back chopping wood. It’s not a graceful scene, lots of huffing and puffing and awkward manoeuvring of an axe too heavy for me to lift over my head. I’m sweaty (in spite of the snow) and aware of my lack of skill and muscle. I tell her it’s hard when she watches, so she looks away, I can see her breath in the cold air and I want to kiss her. She’s so good.
I take a deep breath and split the wood, satisfied. It’s such a zen feeling when you hit it just right. She watches the next one. It takes me a few tries, but when the axe cracks the log into three she says “Deadly,” and I blush again. Flustered I pass her the axe. She makes it look easy. The sound it makes when she splits it cleanly makes all of the hair on the back of my neck stand on end. Hearing her heavy breath makes my pussy wet. I want her on top of me, I want her holding me down so I can’t get away, I want her until my lips are raw.
It’s no wonder we ended up in the frosty backseat shortly after that, kicking off layers of clothes and laughing at the torture of having to be patient. Finally sweaty and fucking and shaking. Her skin against my skin felt electric, her steady gaze made me glow, the current between us so strong as the sunset filtered in through the trees. There is wisdom in waiting and wanting, there is divinity in desire, but there is bliss to be found in getting what you’ve been waiting for right now in the fucking backseat.

Fuck that's hot. Such a good description of that feeling of anticipation
