My shorts and thong were so tight and compressing my ass lol, when I was sitting it was basically digging into my butt and love handles
Also: I really feel like I'm getting a bit more bouncy than I used to be, especially when I'm empty (as you can see in the first two videos), but my belly is still round and pretty firm to the touch, I don't form jiggly rolls

Apparently it’s just a placebo, the reaction doesn’t work in the stomach like in the bottle so It won’t bloat you any more than just drinking the soda

Ok does anyone have a definitive guide to coke and mentos bloats? Cause I realized I was bloated but it was less intense then I thought it would be, and now someone told me I had to swallow the mentos whole
