Yeah it's actually made by the creators of Mucha Lucha, a few years after the show ended. One of several Lucha Libre projects they made after mucha lucha's ending. And the film itself was kind of lost media (or at least hard to find media) for some time, just a slightly bad quality version of the film I found on Facebook only in Spanish. That is until one of the creators,Eddie Mort uploaded the whole movie in English in parts on his YT channel!
