Marcy was bringing a bunch of balloons of various shades of red as a surprise to her and PB's anniversary. But she got real hungry, and next thing she knows the balloons have deflated and now she's as big and round as they were. She's now floating at the top of her cave with limp balloons in her hand, trying to explain to PB what happened! (she's expanded to the size and has limbs out like your "Bookworm Blimps" piece).
