Deep one

It's very tough to make fishpeople / cosmic horror any kind of sexy, but the game content I'm working with demands it. This is a very exotic OC which would have taken much longer if i hadn't found a base model i could work with and sculpt.
I do have an actual cthulu character model in the library, which might have fitted, but because I'm so extra wanted to design something exotic.
Praise Azathot.
