I was able to do a bit of work on the Akanme today, I actually didn't/don't know much about this monster other than their long tongue and their affinity for cleaning, I hope I was able to do them some justice! I'll be posting their first animation tomorrow, feel free to leave some suggestions for names and poses in the comments!

For a name, I suggest May, in honor of Billy Mays. It's not a sexy reason, but I'll find it hilarious.

While people may assume "aka" would mean red in this instance (hence the tongue), the kanji used for it means "filth." Akaname means "filth licker." So the second scene would involve her using her tongue directly to "clean." With her obsession with cleanliness, she would continue the dialogue about how dirty the MC is. When the MC cums, she would likely talk about having to clean him again.
