Dream Demon girl, here's how it works: You find a bed in a house, you're given the option to sleep in it to restore your HP to full. If you do it 3 times, he'll get a... visit... so you'll have to do an extra long series of button prompts to wake up... or don't ;) Visually speaking, when you say yes to sleeping in the bed, an animation of him sleeping happens, screen fades to black, a Text box appears with "..." over the black screen. Do it a 2nd time then a "... ..." Do it a 3rd time then a "... ... ..." then it'll fade into the scene of the Dream Demon girl doing here thing.
