I cant change people’s tiers you have to do manually

Can you transfer over our membership to the new Tiers? Or we have to manually switch it by signing up to the new Tiers? The old credit card number I used to sign up for the old Tiers is now blocked because I asked for replacement card. so you won't be able to do a refund to it. Please and thank you.
